Corian® was developed by DuPont in the 1960s. It is a solid surface material of natural minerals, made of aluminium hydroxide with acrylate as a binding agent. A number of unique properties make Corian® suitable for a broad range of applications. Corian® is, for example, non-porous, stain resistant, easy to clean and durable. Scratches and damage are easy to repair without affecting the attractive looks and colour.
